飲完茶後去上水〈榮昌茶座〉。
沙田新城市廣場的食肆經常爆滿,這天因為飲完茶後又去了〈榮昌茶座〉,所以逛到九點多才食飯,剛好避過人潮。
在水牌上看到〈翡翠小廚〉,記得Teacher推介過,於是就去找107。
不過,107的位置卻是〈悅翠小廚〉!?
於是又走去看水牌,沒錯呀,〈翡翠小廚〉的確是107啊。
到底發生甚麼事?走進去看看,餐枱紙墊是〈翡翠〉,餐牌卻是〈悅翠〉?
找人來問個究竟,原來是因為同層有家同集團的〈翡翠小籠包〉,商場要求改名,避免顧客混淆。小籠包跟小廚我絕不會攪錯,但是水牌跟店名不一樣,我才會混淆。
看餐牌價錢不貴,不過看裝修格局又不似做平價菜,可以想像餸菜一定是迷你型。
遲食飯雖然不用等位,但就叫甚麼沒甚麼,還好不算餓,將就點總算叫了三款。
枱上的點菜紙,為甚麼會有「小油」?沒有要求過「小油」啊!
終於想出原因來,有人耳靈心細,曾經說過叫個乾炒牛河來就知道煮功如何,一灘油的肯定不合格。不過,乾炒牛河已經賣光,最後改叫炒飯。有人就很聰明的註明要「小油」。

芋頭鹹肉鮮蝦五穀炒飯
三樣都滿意,下次要試雲吞麵。

[版主回覆11/01/2008 13:46:00]噢,突然醒起個肉骨茶唔係星馬肉骨茶嘅味道,只係一碗湯。
三樣餸我都覺得幾好喎,不過真係好細碟,本來細細碟都好,可以叫多幾碟,但份量少就顯得價錢好貴,嗰碟炒飯好似係 $68 。總括黎講,我會再去,希望佢哋唔好似姐妹店咁越做越差啦。
份量少問題唔大, 最緊要好食.
