龍皇酒家






龍皇酒家 @ 世貿中心 (20-04-08)


少去飲茶是因為兩個人叫不了幾樣點心。又因為實在很久沒去過飲茶,終於要去飲茶了。



眼前這碟涼果…在甚麼地方吃過呢,霎時又想不出名堂來,只好問人。服務員甲說出類似「顏子」的發音,毫無頭緒,連問幾次他都說是「顏子」,請他寫出來,他說他不會寫;是同事告訴他這叫「顏子」的。不服氣,問服務員乙,她說是「仁棯」,噢,馬上記起來了。「仁棯」有很多別號:銀棯、銀面、人面,據稱是因為果實表皮之凹凸紋似人面而得「人面」之名。食味近似青欖,酸甜爽脆。

拿起點心紙,剔了蝦餃、蘿蔔絲酥餅、叉燒包,還想剔個腸粉,看見腸粉類有個〈春風得意腸〉,是甚麼冬冬來的,又找來服務員乙問,問來問去,她只顧強調很好吃,不糾纏了,剔就是啦。

其實很簡單,〈春風得意腸〉就是腸粉包着炸春卷囉!









吃了四樣點心,夠飽但不夠喉,還是覺得,飲茶要人多才可以吃得痛快。

    When I hang out with my American co-worker, she only able to eat certain dim sum every time. Ha Gou, shrimp rice noodle, chinese brocolli, deep fried taro. That is it.  She doesn't eat anything with bone. Therefore, pork rib, chicken feet, beef rib.... no way la.
    She keeps asking why Chinese are so poor that we always need to eat meet with bone.  All she has is chicken breast, filet, or pork chop without bone. She really makes me laugh a lot.
