食在元朗



閒時巡blog,發現元朗有很多著名美食,最受歡迎的可算是家禽類。





過橋麵檔

聽名字,會以為是賣雲南米線,其實出名的是雞。幾次經過也見人頭湧湧,堂食固然多人,亦有不少人外賣加餸。



下午四點半,不用等位,叫了一個下午茶餐:雞河+奶茶。雞鋪得滿滿看不見河粉,豐足得令人唾涎欲滴,不過,雞其實只是很一般。



雖然是下午茶時段,其他顧客可是叫餸食飯,叫的是全隻雞,他們說很滋味。





新記煲仔雞粥



簡陋up-dup小店,招牌菜是貴妃雞,全隻$170;半隻$85。



泥鯭粥$30,泥鯭沉歸底,也有很多條啊。



蒜泥白肉$24



以這種街坊價,很不錯呢,所以六點半,老闆娘已經要在行人道上加枱了。





天鴻燒鵝

雖然是橫巷小店,但也光猛乾淨。店名雖然標榜燒鵝,也有雞鴨和叉燒,甚至奶茶及涼茶。





全桌$10X。



單是一隻燒鵝比已經要$60。



兩點還不到,剩最後半隻鵝,真幸運,後來者吃不到燒鵝比了。

燒鵝比雖然涼了,但依然皮脆肉嫩。例湯很住家味,只賣$8。





又看見一家人龍店〈新順興〉,下一個目標……

  3.  That 雙比叉燒  rice is kind of expensive, isn't it?  I had a 雙比  rice once and the whole plate was about $60.  I don't remember where...

  5. 過橋麵檔(到而家都冇印象見過呢間嘢 ),係唔係新記雞粥 對面?
    新順興曾經係我阿媽的至愛,買鴨舌非它不吃,試過以前阿爸因為呢間要排長龍,去了另一家買鴨舌給我阿媽食,阿媽即刻話:都唔係嗰間,唔好食嘅 !不過此店鹵水食物吃的時候味道好好,之後要飲最少1公升水先解到渴 .

  10. The last time when I was in YuenLong, we wanted to have dinner and everywhere was with great crowd.
    I had one of the best goose feet there, 老水goose feet----> super good. I'm not sure if it's your last pic or not.

    咁做大班都要間 唔 中紆尊降貴(識 唔 識呢 4 個字點解呀?)去食吓街坊嘢嘅,好似當年肥彭都要落區飲涼茶啦。

I had a table inside.  Despite my meticulously designed  爛衫爛褲 outfit, I still drew some stares from the  司機工人  crowd, perhaps because of my English paperback.  They didn't have your double-leg dish.  I had a goose leg plus chicken with rice for $7x.  Gee, I've forgotten the price already...
     
    I was surprsied that it was only a 30-min bus ride from Shatin KCR.

  18. They didn't have 雙比飯 at all.  鵝比飯 is $62.  鵝比加另一燒味飯 is $7x.  So I had that.
    I took the 269D from New Town Plaza.  I didn't notice which route it took because I was reading my book.  It was exactly 30 minutes later that I got off at the  又新街 stop.

    嗰日,我見隔離 枱碗 燒鵝比飯好大碗, 諗住一碗飯可以兩個人分, 於是我就叫一個叉燒鵝比飯,再加一隻雞比,係 佢 哋將三樣餸放埋一碟 咋 ,仲好醒目比兩隻碗仔我 哋 。
