Pearl TV had a report last night that seemed (I wasn't sure) to say that Michelin awarded it 3 stars, 1 of only 75 worldwide for excellent food, one of which is a $28 bowl of Wonton Noodle. Nicole, Isis, sorry I was wrong. The Pearl report was misleading at best. They were showing the Wonton noodle on film while reporting on the Four Seasons story.
Anyway, I checked Ming Pao this morning, it's the 正斗粥麵店 located at 紅磡德安街7號黃埔花園黃埔新天地第8期黃埔美食坊1樓111號舖 that has the $28 Wonton noodle. I'll have to check it out and compare it with that place across from Southorn Playground in Wanchai. [版主回覆12/03/2008 14:13:00]Michelin 睇吓無妨，但佢啲星同我啲星有啲出入。
擔擔麵 - it must be spicy!!! If a 擔擔麵is not spicy, it just tastes nothing to me. The dumpling looks so good. I love dumpling a lot, even though wrapping my own home-made dumpling! I love to eat 夫妻肺片 as well. I never try to find out what are those stuffs. I may not eat them once I found out what they are. There is a "Yunan" resturant making good 夫妻肺片. I love the spicy! Isis... I am so hungry right now. It's already the mid-night, what can I do then! Better to go sleep straight so that I can dream of them. Teacher ，正斗有幾間分店， IFC 同跑馬地都有。
最先幫襯嘅係跑馬地，因為我極之討厭雲吞麵有鹼水味，而正斗係少數冇鹼水味嘅雲吞麵舖，當時都經常去架，後來開咗黃埔分店，就唔再去跑馬地嘞。不過後來，越做越差，雲吞麵極重鹼水味。咁我又走番去跑馬地試吓啦，之前明明排晒隊，嗰日竟然可以包場，雲吞麵唔單止重鹼水味，啲雲吞仲有陣腥臭味，自此我冇再食過正斗嘞。後來聽講譚詠麟買咗正斗， 咁我就更加覺得 唔駛去嘞。

我覺得 米芝蓮只不過係高檔版 嘅 〈飲食男女〉，剪頭髮時 睇吓都 ok 嘅。
以前我喺黃埔做嘢, 都有嚟呢間食過, 擔擔麵唔錯

[版主回覆12/04/2008 19:51:00]係呀，我次次都見到排晒隊架，通常都過隔籬楊家菜食，楊家菜唔駛點排但一樣可以叫 詠藜園 啲嘢食。
宜家好多高力豆沙都變咗豆沙包，高力豆沙要用好多蛋白，麵粉平過蛋白嘛，溝多啲麵粉又可以慳啲工夫啦，最大問題係原來好多人食 唔出架！
