私生子
有沒有人可以拿出一張蓋上「私生子」三個字的出世紙，讓我開開眼界！
今時今日的人，很接受同居，但總會說幾句：如果想生孩子，還是要先註冊結婚，免得孩子的出世紙蓋上「私生子」三個字，將來怎見人。
的確是，出世紙蓋上「私生子」三個字，怎拿出來見人，所以，會有這樣的出世紙嗎！
說這些話的人，不是生於清末不識字的老太婆，而是讀過書的現代人。不覺得印有「私生子」的出世紙疑點重重，反而認為這種傳聞不會空穴來風，寧可信其有。
法定的身份證明文件，為甚麼要寧可信其有？是否信則有；不信則無？
到出生登記處查問一下就知道了。我沒有去查，我不相信出世紙會有「私生子」三個字。如果有，早就有人去組織一個「全港私生子大聯盟」，到立法會去「掟蕉」。

如果想生孩子，就要先註冊結婚? 點解就要先註冊結婚才生孩子? 結婚是兩個人決定共度人生的決定, 與生仔好似沒咩關係.
回覆刪除[版主回覆04/23/2010 23:20:00]我都覺得生仔同結婚冇必要分先後次序，鍾意幾時生就生，鍾意幾時結就結。但有啲人話唔結咗婚先，個仔張出世紙就會有私生子三個字喎！
I don't think the law really care if the parents are legally married or not, the birth certificate is to varify where the person was born and the name of the mother...hopefully the mother will know who is the father!!!
回覆刪除[版主回覆04/27/2010 22:50:00]就算唔知父親係邊個，出世紙都冇可能會會印住「私生子」，而家連「老人」都話政治不正確，要稱為「長者」，更何況「私生子」比「老人」難聽得多啦。
邊個咁講? 咁搞笑? 佢想你笑下咋係嘛?
回覆刪除[版主回覆04/27/2010 22:52:00]以前到而家都一直聽到，通常喺討論同居、結婚、生仔嘅問題上，就會聽到有人咁講。「寧可信其有」嘅人話，啲名校唔會收嗰啲出世紙印住私生子嘅學生，所以一定要結婚先喎，仲話個個都係咁講。
In the US, marriage laws are exclusively a state jurisdiction. Not sure about now, but as late as, say, 30-40 years ago, in some very conservative states, I wouldn't be surprised at all if some of the state birth certificates had a line in there indicating whether the parents were married or not.
回覆刪除[版主回覆04/27/2010 22:54:00]我唔知道出世紙係咪香港做咗殖民地之後先有，但嗰陣好多戰亂走難嘅人嚟香港，如果冇喺香港註冊，出世紙就要印住「私生子」，我諗喱啲出世紙應該通街都見到。而且舊時好多男人都三妻四妾，就算今日都有男人好多女人，唔通賭王同劉富豪會忍得佢啲仔女張出世紙印住私生子三個字咩。
回覆刪除I think you could simply put the surname of the other for an "illigitimate" child.
i.e. you don't need to state "私生子三個字" though most of people understand
it is illigitimate because of the absence of the father's surname. Pl. see:

回覆刪除In California, the child belongs the mother if she is still single. The single mother has full custody. Sometimes I wish I were not married and can do whatever I want with my children without consulting with my husband and his side of the family.

其實好奇怪，在這個講人權私隱的社會，真的還有這樣的一個與生俱來的標籤。有沒有律師朋友考證一下架？

出生紙寫上父母的名字已可, 應該不用交待是結婚後才生, 婚前性行為所得, 還是私生子吧!

single mother 有冇權唔比個 father 見仔女？--- Yes, I think so, the mother has full costody. It doesn't matter who the father is. The mother has all the right as a parent. I think a parent can decide who the child sees.

Just Mother's name (one name) can be stated in the birth certificate. No 私生子三個字 on it.

就算冇結婚，只要有男人認頭，出世紙一樣有 Father’s name 。
I don't think so. I think Marriage certificate is needed when the couple apply for a birth certificate for their baby. Off the top of my head, the Father's Name cannot be allowed to state on it if the couple are not married. The last but not least, the Father's Name cannot be allowed to state on it later 後補 even though they get married then.
