前一年,在朋友家吃過季季紅的釀乳豬,所以帶朋友去試一下,但原來釀乳豬要預訂,最後只好吃沒有釀的燒豬。

門口外面放爐煲湯,寫着「豬肺頂蝴蝶腩燉菜膽」,燉?我看到的是煲。

打開煲蓋,只看見菜。

撈出湯渣,看看豬肺頂,一般酒樓沒有,連街市肉檔都看不到。

這個冰林醬烤骨也不錯,至於冰林醬是甚麼,不知道,說是秘製,甜甜酸酸,似冰梅醬。

燒乳豬是這裏的招牌菜,皮有點硬,不過都算好味。

蠔皇雞球釀北菇最受歡迎是那些超厚冬菇,雞球只是放在冬菇上面,釀?似乎太牽強。

還有薑汁炒芥蘭、豉汁蒸倉魚,麻麻地。

回家後飲了好多水。
舊年母親節時去咗呢度食飯,訂咗隻禾米豬,去到都冇乜點見有其他檯叫,個個都係叫普通乳豬...事實上都唔係太好食,一般啦,不過其他菜都算 OK 架啦,係坐得迫少少咁啦 !
回覆刪除[版主回覆01/22/2011 23:48:00]因為燒豬周圍都有得食,諗住帶外國朋友試新嘢,點知原來要預訂先有得食。不過佢哋啲嘢都係一般般咋。
For some unknown reason, I missed this blog! The roast pork is excellent, but i am sure there is a lot of MSG in there, that's why you are so thirsty!!

What's the difference between 釀的燒豬 and 沒有釀的燒豬 .....

I've never had 釀的燒豬 , but could imagine it would taste very rich, with all the pork fat in the rice.

上星期經過沙田的分店,就是覺得個名好熟悉,原來其屯門店是米茲蓮推介哦。
