Nicole又有好介紹 ─ TMSK。
經過〈利苑〉,「嘩」了出來,排隊排成這樣啊?時間是十一點半,排隊等開門呢。

TMSK是「透明思考」普通話讀音的縮寫,老闆是琉璃工藝家楊惠姍,也是隔鄰〈琉璃工房〉的老闆,怪不得裝潢及餐具都有琉璃;富有藝術感。

餐具有刀叉及筷子,餐牌內有中西菜色。

叫了兩個lunch set:
燴牛尾配軟玉米粉 + 日滋湯 $98
湖南牛肉麵 $88
甜品,咖啡/茶 +$30
首先上的是鼎,未嚐味道先欣賞藝術品。

是日例湯是冬菇清湯,在藝術氣息濃厚的餐廳內叫「例湯」實在有點不雅,所以稱之為日滋湯。

看顏色很靠得住。

配軟玉米粉;比跟飯/意粉來得有新鮮感,而且只有一口份量,絕對不會飽膩。

牛肉麵餐附有點心:春卷及芋餅。

麵是兩面黃的做法,很有驚喜。

甜品是朱古力蛋糕配花生gelato,蛋糕太甜了,花生gelato就……可以退回蛋糕換gelato嗎?

咖啡杯不好拿,但極具可觀性,免不了將各件茶具把弄一番。

由十二點坐到兩點多,只見兩三枱客,大概是還沒有上電視上雜誌。趁未紅,要多點來。結果,二十多小時後,真的重臨嘆下午茶,來的還有Nicole及Christine……
PETITS by Deschamps @ Elements (26-12-08)
〈PETITS by Deschamps〉的cupcake,隔着玻璃櫃看好可愛,但也因為太花俏,總覺得跟「好食」沾不上邊,所以不曾買過。
這天見有$48三件mini cupcake賣,儘管買來試食。店員背着我非常快手的包起三件遞給我,一直很猶豫盒內的三件小蛋糕會不會打架;小心翼翼的捧回家。
看,盒內其實已經設計好三個凹位隔開三件蛋糕,但因店員的「求其」,三件都「爛」了。

靠賣樣的裝飾品也這麼「求其」,送禮都可以省下了。
哎呀,我都未update我哋o個日的TMSK同MEGU添,而家重係出梗聖誕節食過的嘢咋,哈哈!!無獨有偶,當日同你哋tea完之後,第二日就同老公同Emily去食午餐嘞,又係廿幾個鐘之後,哈哈 !!

I enjoy reading your blogs about most of the HK fine eateries...this one is on the top list. Why? Not just I like the name of the place, but the decorations and utensils are definitely outstanding designs! The portions are a little small for my consumption...but I could always order more!
回覆刪除The cupcakes in PETITS by Deschamps @ Elements are beautiful and the way the box designs to carry them is one of a kind! Even though the sales person messed up, but were they tasty??
